Sessions can be held weekly, but moms seem to absorb and implement the various points more easily when each chapter is given two weeks to process; one night for for "meeting" and the rest of the time for "doing".

MENTORING SCHEDULE:
20 Hours
Whether in a one-on-one or group setting, the following is a proposed mentoring schedule.
Intro. Meeting: - One or two hour social session
PART I SESSIONS: - Four two-hour or eight one hour sessions
PART II SESSIONS: - Five two-hour or ten one hour sessions
PART III SESSION: - One two-hour optional session
